i ordered an additional cigarette lighter and it took them well over a month to get it too me. first they wouldnt ship to a pobox so then when the shipment did not come to my home address it was shipped back. then when i called them for the third time they said it was sent back to the shipping dept two weeks ago, but surprisingly it was never shipped????? horrible service!!! i would never order from them again!
Since Blu Cigs upgraded everything in January of 2011, things are great. I’m back on the Blu Cigs bandwagon. Love the product. more vapor then before and a real tobacco taste.
I ordered 8 boxes of 5. The first 2 boxes of 5 Menthol packs tasted of Vanilla only. Now the 3rd box of 5 taste like the Menthol I ordered.
I did not like Blu Cigs in 2009, HOWEVER, when they moved to a two piece design in January of 2011, it changed everything. Blu Cigs electronic cigarettes are now what I smoke. I like the fact that they are smaller personally. I also like the charger pack they provide, very classy.
I have never seen it take more than 5 days to ship anything in the continental Usa. Still waiting for delivery of an order placed 6 days ago. I recommend smoke tip good flavor and I get my orders usually within 3 days
Poor customer service. I was very excited to try the product, but they couldn’t ship with a signature required via fedex for me after my first order got dropped right at my apartment door in the hall in view of everyone, and promptly disappeared. No explanation, just no. I wasn’t about to provide my neighbors with another free ecig, so canceled my order for a refund. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t get a signature required for an age restricted product order worth $150.00…
I quit smoking cigerettes June of this year thanks to Blu Cig I was a smoker for 15 years and couldn’t be happier. The only problem I have run into was a few months ago the plastic peice attatched to the cartridge would get stuck inside it and not taste very good but it hasn’t happend recently so keep up the good work and thanks for helping me on my quest of becoming a non-smoker.
My wife and I tried Blu Cigs, my father in-law has tried and two of my friends have tried them … they either went back to cigs or found a better eCig to stick with.
Blu Cigs are probably one of the slickest eCigs on the market, but functionally speaking they appear to be geared more to the light social smoker.
If you are a heavy smoker, I would suggest a different eCig alternative that holds up under hours of daily use.
Be warned about Blu… My purchase for a Premium 100 starter kit on 11/18/11 did not go well… After hoping for the best despite the negative reviews abou Blu.. I placed an order and 3 days later it seems my batteies were defective … Much frustration and time involved in trouble shooting and carts were not consistent in production and got very hot quickly even with minimal use… I really wanted this to work … I waited about 2 weeks for delivery of kit and ordered 6 packs of cartomizers which I am now stuck with… That’s my fault though for being so confident Blu would work… Again despite the negative reviews … I have returned my kit for a full refund and sent an email to Customer Service and
They replied with generic email that I will be contacted in 24-48 hours well it’s been 5 days now and no reply… I have read and checked Better Buisness Bureau site in them and over 100 complaints(in past 16 months) resolved with assistance of Better Buisness Bureau… Well I have moved on and just want to warn others that there are many other ecigs out there that offer great products that actually work many may not spend all the money on marketing but rather on quality products and excellent customer service… If your thinking of trying Blu … Don’t gamble with the chance that you might get quality product and service… also Johnson Creek the company that provides the cartomizers and nicotine juice is 1 of the 5 companies being investigated by FDA for violations …again the marketing is great and so are ecigs and vaping… but if you get a Blu starter kit it will be just that a starter kit before you move on to a quality ecig … I found a company with high ratings and little to no complaints about product/batteries and am now happily vaping and reaping the benefits of good quality ecig and quick and courteous customer service… Now I’ll just wait for my refund from Blu as in the end they will have had my money for at least a month with me not having anything to show for it but frustration. They always have an excuse and relply with generic comments but no sincere concern.. I thought I could ignore the bad reviews about Blu ecigs because I purchased new & improved Premium 100 kit….I was wrong

I got lucky and found a Safe Cig Deluxe Starter kit on Craig’s list … As I was without a kit when I returned my kit to Blu and feared spending more on disposables while waiting to find a new ecig company … I bought the safe cig kit and it came with 4 packs of 11 mg carts… To low for me but it held me over… I ordered a new starter kit from V4L and with a 32 % off coupon I did good… Kit arrived in 3 days and I can’t believe the difference… The draw is real smooth with excellent clouds… And a pass through for use on computer is great.. I am using both auto and manual and both are real nice and consistent … I also ordered 24 mg of carts from Safe Cig and just as the reviews state they were out of stock on the carts I ordered and didn’t reply or let me know until I contacted them for follow up on shipping status… I asked to cancel order and explained the person I bought kit from was having problems with shipping and out of stock often.. And I let them know the kit may be of no use to me either if I can’t order carts to use with it.. They again quickly replied and sent out my order late Thursday and I recieved it today … So overall I think I’ll mostly use V4L but will keep carts on hand for safe cig also … I almost went with V2 but the coupon on V4L was to good to pass up… I hope to rest now from researching and looking and just relax with my vaping … It’s just to good to be true …I wasn’t even wanting or trying to quit but a friend let me try her Cig20 disposable and from there I was hooked… Am tempted to try V2 maybe after the holidays … what do you find especially good about V2???

Let’s start with 1) the product consistency. 2) vapor. 3) Customer service. 4) Growth (you should see what they are doing to advance – it’s incredible) 5) volume of accessories.
Lastly, they are very affordable compared to other e cigarette brands.
I’ve been a smoker for over 15 years. After seeing people I work with smoking e-cigs, I decided I wanted to give it a try. It seemed to me that the cost saving and health benefits were well worth making the switch. I wasn’t sure which brand to use, but while reading a magazine I came across an add for Blu. I decided to give them a try. Our local Walgreens sold the disposable ones, so I purchased one to “test” it out before I made an investment in the starter kit. After trying it for a few days, I went ahead and ordered the starter kit from Blu’s website. I received my order in (3) days via Fedex. It’s been two weeks now, and I have to say I absolutely love it!! I haven’t had any problems with the pack, batteries, or cartridges. The concept of having the traditional cigarette pack style case is very nice. I looks great and is very convenient. I will say that I haven’t tried any other brands to compare, but at this point I have no desire to either. I am very satisfied with this product! I haven’t touched or even desired a cigarette since the 2nd day of starting with this e-cig!! Thanks!!
I started smoking Blu a month ago, and have been tobacco free since. I tried Blu because I can buy the kit and refills at my local Walgreens. They are a good product with good marketing. The pack is really convinient, for you can charge the batteries on the go. The flavors are really good, but am noticing a problem with consistancy. Some are really strong, some aren’t, some are short on vapor, some don’t seem to last as long. I have not yet tried other brands short of disposeables, but am wondering about the consistency, and am looking to try other brands, just to compare(I AM still a smoker, just tobacco free). Overall a good product, just nervous every time I open a new pack of ‘cartomizers’ – not sure if I’ll get a good one or not!
