Very fast and free shipping. They will even replace your battery for free if it should stop working. LOVE THESE. Right after I started vaping Smoke Tips I started getting abdominal pains that felt like bleeding ulcers. Four different flavors had the same effect. It also felt like I was getting poisoned. The flavor of these are not good either. I switched to Green Smokes and the abdominal pains went away and I quit feeling like I was being poisoned. This is with Green Smokes having a higher nicotine level. Also, the flavor comparison is non existent.
Well I started with smoketip and have found them actually exceptional, I thought I would try another brand just to see and ordered from blu cig. Never again shipping is fast with smoke tip, great flavor and taste great.
DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. The Customer service reps are LAIRS!!!!! I’ve had a few defective Cartridges so I call them to get them replaced. After being on the phone for a few mins they told me that the cartridges leak all the time, that i should of inspected all of them when i received them, and that its been more then 30 Days! Its been 35 days since I placed the order. After the lady told me numerous times that there is nothing to do for me, I got pissed and told her that this company sucks. She then told me that she could have helped me if I was nicer. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? she already told me there was NOTHING she could do for me!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!! Don’t buy anything from these people and the kicker is this lady said she was the manger. This lady should be fired cause she just lost your company at least 5-6 customer over 4 defective cartridges!!!!! You don’t treat paying customers like that ever Business 101!!! and I will be hitting up the social media sites to be sure NOBODY orders from them ever again!!

I have had exactly the same experience with Smoketip cartridges, batteries and chargers. I agree the Customers Service are LIARS!!!My issues were batteries not charging, chargers not charging and cartridges being defective. You are not alone in your experience. Aside from their products being defective their Customer Service Manager is the worst!!!! Pick another E Cigarette Smoketip is too much of a headache
From what I can tell in June of 2011 they started outsourcing customer service. Since then they have become rude and officious and they really jerk there customers around now. And if you dare get angry at them they void your warranty. They appear to lack any capacity for sympathy or empathy now.

REALLY BAD experience with thus company! Horrible customer service. I had a USB port that started breaking 2 weeks after I received the kit. A faulty battery in my starter kit that they forgot to send to me. Until I asked where it was. DO NOT TRUST these people if something seems at all wrong with anything chances are there is something wrong with everything! This was my first ecig company I went to worst customer service ever and I have worked in customer svc for years. My usb port finally completely broke on the 30th day and no money back guarantee for me because I couldnt get a hold of them until the 32nd day. So the last straw was going back and forth because I needed the charger while it was working of course now it doesnt matter. They want you to send it to them before they will send you a new one!
I haven’t had any negative customer service till lately; I had some cartridges that were just aweful tasting they wouldn’t exchange them for health reasons they said…so I switched to V2cig and I haven’t had any problems…I actually had a few batteries not work right they shipped me out new one with a return envelope for the bad one at now expense to me…good customer service…good vapor and hit…good taste; I like the menthol…
SmokeTip is really good… Speedy delivery, fair pricing and good product. I prefer the longer battery, though it may look silly it holds a charge for several hours. Smoketip cartomizers last a long time, too, and hold a LOT of e-liquid (though refilling will void the lifetime warranty). Good product, I reccommend for people who’d prefer ordering flavored cartomizers over refilling them, though.
