My order was placed at night and processed the NEXT Morning. By that afternoon My order was shipped. I’m new to E-Cigs and can’t compare them to others, but I love the 2 piece design and ease of use….and yes, there’s a LOT of vapor and NO button to push!

I love the e-cig. It has a smooth draw and I was able to completely quit cigarettes after a few weeks. It does take a bit of getting used to. I am looking for another ecig though because they are constantly running out of cartridges. Also the battery life is not great and for a heavy smoker like me )2 pack a day), you go through the cartirdiges very quickly. I did love them, but it doesn’t do any good if you can’t get them and have to switch back to cigarettes in the interim while you are waiting. Not to mention how expensive it is to do that. I’m hoping to find another e-cig that I will like as much or more than the E-cig company.
Do not like the safe cigs. They make me cough and the menthol is too strong. I would return (cost high) but, I cannot find where they will refund my money. Big waste of money. Let’s see if this gets shown.

Jackie, when I had an issue and needed to replace my batteries because I had two that quit, I emailed their customer support and returned my batteries and they sent me new ones. The one person I know that tried them but did not like them emailed customer service within their 30 day money back and returned everything and got her money back.
I have been smoking the safe cig since June – the 1st order I received the batteries lasted most all day, but now 3 months later they may last 3 hours and that is not puffing hours. Also the cartridge lasted all day and now I’m going throught 2 a day. I am not a heavy smoker and I’m not smoking any more that I did in the beginning. I ordered the new micro and the battery last about an hour (puffing or not). The taste is good – shipping is good – customer service is good but the cigs do not last as long as they say. You will get 1/2 as many puffs as advertised so you will have to order twice as many. You will also get a lot less battery time so order extra batteries if you choose this brand. I completely quit regular cigarettes two day after starting the safe cig. I’m not sure I can stand the cost if the amount of puffs doesn’t increase. I even went to the trouble of counting my puffs. The taste of the micros are comparible but not worth the trouble – the battery has to be recharged after about 20 puffs.
I have enjoyed the Safe Cig since the day i received the clear, organized, and convenient package!
i smoked a pack a day for 2 decades.
after a bone fracture in march ’11, i started using SafeCig because of watching youtube reviews of electronic cigs. many reviewers said that SafeCig had the best “throat hit”… and i agree, there is an AWESOME “throat hit!”
i started out with 24mg of nicotine — it’s now 10/11 and i’ve been “vaping” zero nicotine for 2 months…and feel that same great throat hit.
BENEFITS:
*i feel better!
*my gums are no longer receding! (so says my periodontist)
*and the BIGGEST BENEFIT is when you are having an alcoholic beverage (who doesn’t like to smoke when having a brewski??) i can “vape” away without disturbing others and feeling crappy the next day!
I thought this was a place to put reviews in. How come not of my post are posting. I am keeping it clean. Just stating how the product has went down hill in the 1.5 years I’ve use them. Guess I will have to find a review site that is monitor by the company
I’m very confused about the high ratings for this company.
I have had nothing but trouble from the start. The product is at best, ok.
The refill quality is not consistent. More than a few refills have not worked properly.
What is much worse though, is their customer service. Or should I say, lack of customer service. No one can help you on the phone unless you are placing an order. Then, each time you e-mail them, you get a reply that says they will look into your issue within 48 hours. I have been going back and forth with them for over 4 weeks now, trying to resolve a issue.
That is not even my major complaint. What I feel is much worse is that they are consistently out of the refils I need. I have twice now had to order different refills than what I usually use just to get something! Today, I was told they are completely out of ALL menthol refills and have no idea when they will be in. I was told the only way for me to find out when they would be restocked is to keep checking the website.
GOODBYE safeCig, I am as of today moving to a new company. This is NOT customer service to me.
I actually quit smoking cigars using this brand but since then their service has just sucked… Lost shipments, out of stock on what I wanted… there is no telephone customer service, just email and that’s slow. Seeya, Safecig… I’m done with you!

Unfortunately many people are starting to see The Safe Cig is going down in the service department. Switch to V2 Cigs and don’t look back.
Got my deluxe starter kit a few months ago, and spent aprox. $ 500.00 bucks in total with cartridges to last me a while. However, four weeks ago I ordered a new kit and more cartridges, paid over $ 500.00 dollars again, but the kit and cartridges never arrived. According to safe-cig personnell (in different conversations over the internet. You won’t be able to talk to someone over the phone at the safe-cig company….forget it, they know how not do address customer issues directly) the package they sent got lost in the mail. Yeah right! I’ve read enough reviews on this and other websites to realize the company is not fulfilling their commitments. And this with a customer who has spent over $ 1000.00 dollars on them and I was just beginning. Sorry guys at safe-cig, you just lost ANOTHER customer!
I’d like to add, the taste of the safe-cig is far superior to other e-cigs out there to be honest, but the cartridges have irregular fills, a few didn’t work at all and now that I re-ordered: first they didn’t have all the flavors I wanted in stock (and they had absolutely no clue as to when they would be available), and as I said, my order never arrived. I cancelled my order but I’m still not sure I will be reimbursed. Nice customer service and attention guys!!! WOW!!! I wonder how long you will last? Bummer is, I wasted about a thousand bucks on a product and company that I was sure would fulfill my needs. Unfortunately that was not the case. Fortunately there are other companies out there which I hope are far better than the “Safe-Cig”.
I’m finally throwing in the towel with the SafeCig.
Worst customer service on earth. Their stock is back ordered more often than not, and they don’t even notify you of this before you place an order. To top it off, there’s no one to hold accountable.

Thanks for the update. After getting numerous Safe Cig Complaints, we’ve made a group decision to alter some of the recommendations out there. It’s not fair to give consumers a nod of approval if the Safe Cig is not going to service their customers properly.

i also am done with the safe cig. i switched to white cloud today. safe cig was great in the beginning and now they are completly unreliable!!! do not waste your $ or time. they actually lied to me twice(over emails) telling me my orders were sent out when they actually werent, still let me order and took my $$ w/o telling me they didnt have what i wanted in stock. for real, save your $$ and go with white cloud. they have stores in malls and u can order online!! i’ll lyk more about white cloud once i’ve been w the company longer, but just dont go w/ safe cig..i know that much.
ps..the safe cig owes me $…i’ll lyk if i get it…
Sorry to hear that Christina. We’ve recently stopped suggesting Safe Cig as their customer service has been a major let down.
Miro batteries last approximately as long as three regular cigs but not near as much vapor/taste as real ones. I could use them if the battery would last. Buy a bunch if you want to smoke for any reasonable amount of time (ie. 4 or more cigs per day).

We’ve seen that the micro batteries are among the weakest on the market. they are a decent product, but you just have to charge them constantly, making them a nuisance. At the moment there are many better options. Thanks for your comments, Ken.
I am also done with safe cig , they have absolutely no customer service.Placed an order weeks ago and have yet to get it but the money was taken immediately.Impossible to talk to anyone , they only do emails and rarely respond.After some prodding on their live chat with a sales rep they admitted that it was out of stock due to filling large bulk orders.The website says all carts are in stock and available.Seems to me they are very focused on profit from large orders and not their customer base that got them where they are today.Over the course of the last year I have spent well over 3,000 dollars with them for my wife and I , I would gladly spend it this year but it won’t be with Safe Cig . I am going with another company that can fill my needs – bye bye safe cig.I will no longer promote your product or buy your stuff no matter how good it is.

Unfortunately that’s the consensus lately. Sorry to hear another bad Safe Cig Review. Safe Cig complaints are getting out of control, and it’s a shame, they were once among the best e-cigarette brands.
Couple of months ago I found some Safe
Cig site where people commented on different topics. I signed up to get e-mail
copies of all the comments on the topic ‘refill cartridges’. I am getting those comments but now I cannot find the site. Does anyone know where it is? I’d like to get in touch with other TSC users as I have some 6 mg cartridges to sell for less than 17.50 and 1 7-pk of 24 mg that I ordered by mistake. Had to switch to 0 mg.
I have use safecig fo almost 2 years. Lately they have made changes and can no longer speak to to customer service; can only submit a “ticket” Have submitted four tickets addressing same problem; order not shipped (12 days) yet credit card was charged.
